Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse for Designers

This mouse is perfect fit for UX/UI designer when it comes to designing on the Mac book because I can do mapping frequent keys

Install Steer Mouse Program

Thanks to this program, I can set up the “Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse” easily for work on Mac book.

SteerMouse is a utility that lets you freely customize buttons, wheels and cursor speed. Both USB and Bluetooth mice are supported, no matter whether the mouse is designed for Windows or Mac.

Setup keys and Wheels

Middle Scroll button

I can use the wheel as a button. I mapped it to Mission Control which allows me to look at all running apps in a single view and can choose and switch the specific app.

Swipe Down and Swipe up

There is the blue button which has the log of Windows. You can swipe up and down on this button and map them into Finder app and Launchpad application because I quite often use them.

Mouse Wheel Tilt Horizontally

You can tilt mouse wheel left and right. I can map them into CMD+[ and CMD+] which keys are being used in various design applications such as Sketch, Framer-X and even Powerpoint. One more thing which are great for is web browser. You can move back and forward by using this wheel tilt.
